In her previous role as a Managing Director at MacDougall, Megan provided clients with corporate communications counsel & media relations expertise to help them meet their business goals & elevate their voices in the industry. She has a passion for healthcare solutions that are solving today's pressing problems, particularly those designed to lower costs, improve care, & serve vulnerable populations.

Prior to MacDougall, Megan was the Director of Public Relations and Communications at Iora Health where she managed all national & local media for the rapidly growing primary care brand. As the Director of Communications at the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care she oversaw a strategic communications plan that brought the Center into the national spotlight. In her role as Senior Press Officer at Physicians for Human Rights, she orchestrated the launch of human rights reports & coordinated web presence, press outreach, social media engagement, & collateral production.

Megan was a founding member of the Harvard Medical School LGBT Advisory Committee, an advisory committee to the Dean on key priorities that address issues of importance to the Harvard Medical School & Harvard School of Dental Mental Medicine LGBT community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Northeastern University & a Masters of Science in Management from Simmons College.
